Designed with a French provincial style, Cottage 6 has been recently refurbished to provide guests with comfortable accommodation while being just a stroll away from the Town. Modelled on the old railway cottages of yesteryear, modern appliances have been added to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable getaway. The outdoor entertainment area provides a relaxing space to enjoy the local nature and watch the cyclist pass on the rail trail. At dusk, kangaroos come to graze in the park area adjacent to the cottage.



Close to the town centre and many of its attractions, Cottage 6 is an easy walk to the local shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as Bright’s heated swimming pool, Bright Splash Park and Howitt Park, which features an amazing water playground.



There is so much to see and do throughout the year. Take a stroll from the cottage to the Town shops, past the historical Bright railway station. Alternatively, nature lovers may enjoy the stunning Canyon Walk by the riverbank as the Ovens River meanders along. Cyclists will appreciate that the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail is right on the cottage doorstep.

Before You arrive
